Hand Crocheted by Billie ... This was created from the Festival Tank top pattern found on Etsy by Elorne Patterns. The pattern is for an extra large but I adjusted and made it in a small. It is made with Red Heart Camo yarn and is machine washable and may be tumbled on low or dried flat.
